At the end of the year, God willing, we should have identified at least 5 potential
leaders with signs of ministry potential and a pastoral heart. |
We will continue to base our pulpit ministry, bible studies and prayer ministries
often on the subject of developing leaders. |
Identify potential youth leaders and have a Retreat with them - may be title the
retreat as - Leadership Development for OCBC ( tentative date - 19th July 2025 ) |
OG members will invite at least two potential leaders to a Leaders Retreat early
next year ( tentative date - 29th March 2025 ) |
